It turned into an enjoyable experience once we hooked up with Clive. I have found it very difficult to believe most salepersons as they have a terrible reputation for exaggeration and their primary interest is to get your signature. Clive is on the other hand a true professional, honest and an expert who does not try and fool anyone and his word is gold. Given that I live in Italy and had to coordinate a house purchase in Toronto from afar, I have to say that Clive was marvelous and made the whole experience a delight, despite the distance. I have never used a realtor in life. However, about two months ago, I decided to sell my loft located downtown. I was able to get some information on recent sales in my building and there were a few realtors available to me in the report to choose from. I actually contacted one or two of these realtors and I just didn't get a good feeling about them. I then decided to contact Clive and right from the moment I engaged in a conversation with him, Clive made me feel comfortable about my decision to sell my loft. I was renting my loft at that time and Clive was able to develope a relationship with my tenant that allowed him to show the loft to a lot of people over a five day period and my tenant was very co-operative all because of Clives's approach and professionalism. At the end of the day, there were multiple bids on my loft and I was able to get way more than the asking price on my loft. I am so happy that I chose Clive to be my selling agent and I would recommend him to anyone who is planning to sell or buy. He truly goes the extra mile to ensure you get the most for your place. He does his research on the area and similar properties to determine how he can market your property. Clive, I just want to say THANK YOU for your exceptional service.
