All units come with an underground parking space, fireplace, high ceilings (10-16 feet) and hardwood floors. The suites were constructed to minimize noise with concrete block, insulation and drywall. The maintenance fees are uncommonly low due to the lack of an elevator and amenities due to the small size of the building.
Claremont Hall
Claremont Hall is located at 34 Claremont has 8 to 14 foot ceilings. Once an actual church, it has been converted and now has 13 units. Each unit faces the south side of the building and has a deck/terrace. The great thing about this building besides the maple flooring and slate finishes is the fact that you have 8 inches of sound proofing because of the reinforced concrete between each suite. It would be tough to find that in any other Toronto Condo these days. Each unit gets their own underground parking, one per unit.

They have 2 or 3 bedrooms, most have a roftop deck with a great view of the city. Many are upgraded with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. They have 2 or 3 washrooms and most have a gas fireplace. Parking is underground and there is a lot of street parking for visitors.
