The beginning of any process is the most difficult and you might feel a little overwhelmed.

I will Explain the 3 Types of Agency. Buyer, Seller, Multiple Representation and how it all applies to you.

Then we will Determine a time frame for your move.

Being pre approved establish a price range. I will assist you in finding a lender for your mortgage pre-approval.

Examine your needs wants and wishes for your new home. I will discuss  size-location-style-features-neighbourhoods etc.

Preparing an offer.  Once you have decided on which home would fit your needs, I will sit down to discuss the details of your offer. Once the offer is prepared I carefully go through and explain the entire contract, clause by clause, to you in detail.

Negotiate with a seller to arrive at a price you both can agree upon. I know this process well and will advise you when to compromise and when to walk away.

Once the deal is complete I will ensure that you have all documentation in place. I will be present during your Home-Inspection.

All appropriate documents will be forwarded to your Lawyer and Bank Manager.

Prepare for possession date. I will follow up to ensure you are well prepared to get the keys to your New Home
